Wow! Just wow . . . from beginning to end! Brian is a fantastic, honest, and gracious guy, and each and every one of his crew are super knowledgeable, courteous, and kind!!! Brian took our ideas, questions and requests, made suggestions himself, and helped us shape our dream! We are thrilled with the multiple projects (e.g., new front porch, living room floor over to create new bedroom above, bathroom, closet expansion & shelving, etc., etc.), that Miller's Residential Creations completed! I would go with them all over again, will do so in the future, and not look elsewhere!

Brian built our home about 7 years ago and it is so well built. They did a beautiful job and we have been very happy with it. When we had a tornado hit and we were on vacation Brian came right over and checked the house. We had damage to the roof and siding but no windows broke. He was amazing in helping us get the house back in perfect condition. If we ever build again he is the builder we will choose.

Totally unresponsive. Was interested in getting an estimate on finishing a basement, and which means I was willing to entertain paying the significant amount of money reported in other reviews. Filled out form on months ago; no response. Called 2-3 times in the last month, left messages; no response. Starting to wonder if this place is still in business?

Brian Miller and his crew were great to work with and were always on time and I have to say the only company I have ever worked with that cleaned up after themselves every single day. We've had two major projects constructed by Brian at Miller's Residential Creations. One was a significant remodel of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room and the addition of a dining room and sun room. The other was the construction of an 8 car fully finished garage.The workmanship was outstanding on both projects and anything that wasn't right or needed modification was taken care of in a very timely manner.Brian has a small crew of workers and contractors that he uses all of the time for consistent quality of work. He is very creative and presents many different concepts for consideration.My wife and I highly recommend Miller's Residential Creations for any project.

We looked a long time before finding Miller's. They did a great job helping us design the room, draw up the plans and get the permits. Then Covid hit. It delayed the project 18 months. Once materials were available they started right in. The crew was great and the workmanship was top notch. They let us know how the project was progressing. We had a few problems with design and had to change a few things. They explained the changes and we were totally on board. I would recommend Miller's for any project around your house or to even build a house. We couldn't have been happier. Miller's is a great company!

Miller’s Residential Creations renovated our detached existing garage in order to accommodate a small RV. They did a wonderful job recreating the space, removing and raising the former roof as well as insulating and finishing the interior and exterior of the structure. Brian Miller was the best solution for our needs. We bought this home in January 2020 and this had an unfinished 1st floor (Basement). We searched for the right contractor to ensure it was done right.Brian was professional, responsive, and an excellent person to work with.We got everything we wanted and more.We didn't have a laundry room. DONE!We didn't have a bathroom . DONE!We wanted a living space. DONE!We wanted an office space/bedroom. DONE!We wanted a storage area. DONE!We wanted to add accent lighting midproject. DONE!Everything was completed on time.I can't say enough good. Changes mid-project? No issues.No arguments. Professional from start to finish.Highly recommend them. CALL NOW! They are busy but that is a good thing which says how good they really are.

We had Brian add a 1200+ square foot addition, with basement, to our home, as a mother-in-law apartment that was attached to our house, but with a separate entrance. From start to finish, the working relationship, the cost, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Brian personally suggested improvements and changes which greatly improved my initial design and the functionality of the space. The end result was a beautiful apartment which blended seamlessly with the main part of the house. I could go on and on about Brian's work, but suffice to say it is without equal in the eastern panhandle. We *will* be using MRC again for a 3-car detached garage and an upcoming kitchen remodel. As we were trying to gather multiple estimates for finishing our basement, we decided to have millers residential creations out to the house. There business cards say free estimates, but this is apparently not true. He said in order to get a "design estimate" done this would cost $1500. I was told i could keep the design estimate even if i did not use them to do the job, but there is no refund of any kind on this payment. Completely different from the other company's that are giving free estimates in hope of getting your business and that being the pay off for putting in the time making the estimate. I called a family member who is retired but had been a home improvement contractor for over 30 years and told him the situation and if he had ever heard of this business practice. He told me to let them scam someone else and tell him to leave. This may sound harsh and i can see their side as well as mine, but you do the work and time giving out free estimates so that maybe a percentage of the customers will use your company and you make that money back while doing that work. To me it seems like this company just wants to sell detailed estimates for $1500 a pop and not actually do any job. Unfortunately i will not be using this company and will not get to see their work for myself.

Having Miller's Residential Creations put an addition on the front of our house was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The entire process was professional and we couldn't be happier with our new room.Brian Miller took the time to explain his ideas about our addition and he took into consideration our ideas. He did a drawing showing all the details of what the finished product would be like and he made sure we understood every detail.He used quality products in the job and made sure his mechanics knew what they were doing. We are very excited to be living in our Miller Residential Creations home! Brian is a great asset in all area; design, finishing’s, etc. Brian listens to the homeowners and will give his opinion, when asked, and has great ideas. Brian is extremely patient and will make every effort to meet with you on your schedule. He works with only the best and most dependable contractors and NEVER, EVER, EVER takes a shortcut. If something is not right he will make it right.The crew (office and field) were great to work with and they all take great pride in the work they do. Things that we wanted as upgrades are standard with them….ie: 2 x 6 outside walls, High efficiency windows, insulation package and door frames (rot resistant), to name a few. Our home is about 5,000 sq ft and extremely energy efficient. In the year we have been here, the highest electric bill has been $150.00. We use propane for cooking, water heater, whole house generator and heating and this past year only used about 300 gallons of gas.
